Michelle Stawinski represented our family business in an insurance matter. To our surprise, when we went to court we weren't allowed to talk about 90% of our case because Michelle had failed to comply with discovery rules. She neglected to share evidence with the other side, which is not only a requirement but also something attorneys learn in their first year of law school. Michelle Stawinski lost us the case and about $30,000. What a disappointment.
