Barry Rosenthal helped me when I didn’t even know I had a case. He listened to my LONG story. He asked questions, made sure he got the details and information he needed to proceed as necessary. He not only was my attorney, he was respectful of my illness. I am forever grateful for Barry taking time to respesent me for basically a low retainer fee and as things started wrapping up, he didn’t even care about money. Barry became invested in my case based on principle and what is right. We both felt happy about making a difference, not a dollar.

My daughter was hit by a car stepping in to a crosswalk in August 2011 in Columbia, MD. It happened one month before her wedding. She had serious injuries to her leg and it was a very difficult time for her and her fiancé. We were referred to Barry Rosenthal of Bromberg Rosenthal LLC by a friend. This was a personal injury case that went to trial in July 2014. As my husband and I sat through the trial, we were amazed how prepared and “cool” Mr. Rosenthal was, as he laid out our daughter’s case with much detail. It was brilliantly done in a manner that made it possible for the jury to follow each step. After breaking for lunch and then continuing with questioning the accused, he brought it “home”! It all made sense and the jury ruled in our daughter’s favor. Mr. Rosenthal was exceptional and it was the best choice we could have made. I highly recommend him and the practice!
