Peaceful. Beautiful.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding the lack of communication, transparency, and professionalism exhibited by your law firm during the pursuit of disability benefits for my deceased father. As a client [My Mother of 79 years] who sought your services with high hopes and expectations, I regret to say that her experience has been far from satisfactory. First and foremost, the most glaring issue has been the severe lack of communication from your firm [Kaete Legler]. Throughout the beginning process, I have encountered countless instances where my attempts to reach out for updates, clarification, or any form of assistance have been met with silence. It is distressing and disheartening to invest my trust and confidence in your firm, only to be left in the dark, unsure of the progress being made on the case. My father who passed was seeking much-needed disability benefits, effective communication is vital, and your failure to provide it has only added to the anxiety and frustration for the remaining family member [Wife] faces. If anyone is given the client coordinator Kaete Legler, I suggest you request another one.

If I could only give no star I would, if any veterans are in need of help with claims and are reading this, run, find another lawyer that will stand with you, this firm doesn't even have the decency to return a call

I will be eternally thankful for this law firm. They took care of my late husband’s claim. The first claim was entered by us in 1996 and after denials and a general feeling of being overwhelmed it was recommended that I contact your firm. From that first contact I was pleased that I had monthly updates which took so much burden from my shoulders. After getting my monthly award I was told you were still fighting for back pay. Things with the VA move slowly but I was updated monthly until the back pay appeal was awarded. Your firm was still helping me with death benefits and a burial flag. I’ve got nothing negative to report, everyone was professional and helpful and I could not be more grateful.

This place is the worse!! I sent my information to them a month ago. They have yet to reach out to me to let me know anything! I call them almost every day trying to speak to someone and nobody answers.They are looking like scammers right now and I wouldn’t trust these people. A lady answered the phone when I first inquired and after she got my information she has disappeared. BEWARE!!!!
