I would give them negative stars but I can't. They are liars and no good. I am a vet that is homeless and have PTSD and half an ankle, I don't take any medicine for my ankle because I don't believe in taking drugs that the VA slam down your throat. Well my thing is this they almost caused me to commit suicide I feel hopeless. They gave me all kinds of promises to help with my disability rating the girl Taylor akins said this to me last week it's to late to file then she said today on Monday after wasting almost a month to tell me it's too soon and you have 10 years to appeal. Well vets dose that make since ten years to appeal? Did they lie or just lazy at their job? Or just don't know the job well. Anyway I'd stay far away if you have PTSD because they may play with your emotions like they did mine. Hopefully this saves someone.

If you are a veteran in need of first rate compensation attorneys, look no further. They helped me get my claim through the maze of the VA system, and were successful where 3 other firms were not. You'll be amazed at how professional and knowledgeable they are. If you need help, don't hesitate to call them.

I contacted Christine B. seeking representation for a family members V.A. disability/incompetency determination. Although they were unable to handle our case, they explained the VA process, and even took time to review our documents - at no cost! Their patience, understanding, and going out of their way to assist us in our uphill VA battle, is something we truly appreciate. Christine B, and her assistants, are incredibly knowledgeable about Law, care about the work they do, and care about their clients.

After many years of going back and forward with the VA to:
1. Obtain complete medical records of combat injuries while in Vietnam
2. To receive disability compensation for injuries
3. To seek assistance from professionals that really cared for our Countries injured Veterans. I discovered that none of these objectives were obtainable working directly with the VA and or surrogates for the VA.
As a result, I contacted Bergmann & Moore. This firm exceeded my expectations by first and most importantly, thanking me and my many Veteran colleagues for our service, and assuring me with a high degree of certainty that Bergmann and Moore would indeed satisfy each of my requests, or give me specific responses as to why their firm could not comply with my request. To be concise, I believed that for the first time since I began the heart wrenching exercise of trying to prove to the VA that “I was where I said I was” between 1964 and 1968, and was discharged honorably, after surviving several injuries including PTSD while in the United States Marine Corp.
How disappointing it was for me to learn that my Military Records were lost or misplaced, and then, once found there was no listing or records of any combat service at all during my four-year enlistment. I attempted to fight the VA battle alone for 3.5 years, until my prayers were answered on that day that Mr. Moore himself answered my telephone call with a plea for his assistance. To make a somewhat long story short. This firm demonstrated a degree of professionalism, expertise, and knowledge of the historic battles that our Vietnam Veterans were still fighting 50 years after the incredible TET offensive of 1967...
To that end, I say thank you Bergmann and Moore for exceeding my expectations and giving me renewed confidence that our country will continue to move forward. I also thank you for the great American Spirit that exist within your firm
In addition to both Messrs. Bergmann and Moore I salute, Catie Duckworth, and Cathy Gernier for their day to day expertise and encouragement throughout our successful journey of obtaining the Veteran Benefits that were due to me as a survivor of injuries during the Vietnam Conflict (War).
Sincerely,
Clarence Bolivar
