After being wrongly pursued by a government agency for a significant sum in back taxes I was recently informed by Ms. Kundra that the charges were rescinded. I cannot express my appreciation enough for the dogged effort by the folks at Kundra & Associates in this matter. They are professional yet practice a comforting guidance; they are aggressive, informed, and well respected, yet never arrogant. Their effort to clear me of the charges was unwavering and, ultimately, successful. I could not have been better served.

I sought her legal help. My case (according to her) was not complex, and when asked during consultation I was told that a resolution plan will be provided within the estimated cost expenditure. After months of invoicing, charging a lot of fees, no plan was provided instead more money was asked. I had to give several reminders, to provide me a work product other than just receiving invoices. It was disheartening to experience such poor customer service and misleading of a client. The work product when provided had mistakes with several incorrect statements. With such a terrible experience, a lot of money charged no concrete result, I had to end the agreement. Even during closure more money was charged in invoices for work that was very bad and questionable.

We hired Chaya and her team to help us navigate through complex tax issues and are glad to have her on our team. She has become a partner in our success and we will continue to seek counsel from Kundra & Associates as we grow and adapt to the changing tax laws.

Ms. Kundra represented me for several years in federal and state tax matters. Her associates on my case changed and they had to redo their work. The work consisted of the basics, only describing without making recommendations as to how to solve the problems. The fees were exorbitant and I had to switch lawyers because she couldn’t get the job done. Terrible client interface. she prejudiced the outcome of my case by unwarranted delays. She worked a part time schedule and iverdekegated to incompetent associates. I have never had a worse experience with a lawyer.

We owed back taxes to the IRS and the State, hired Ms.Kundra to help. The IRS problem was settled after about two and a half yearsand 3 different, successive attorneys. For the State, we were given misleadinginformation, which resulted in a new assessment, higher interest and penalties,additional fees and another year’s delay. A mixed and costly experience.

Ms Kundra has been my tax attorney for over ten years. I was in a wretched, upside-down situation with both corporate and personal tax debt and felt that I'd never get out from under it. She is sharp, knowledgeable, and professional, but also sensitive to her clients. I hired Ms. Kundra for my tax problems. Ended up cutting my losses and found another lawyer. At that point, I had paid almost four times as much as the estimate Ms. Kundra had promised for a full resolution of my case - with no end in sight. Also, lawyers were replaced at the firm several times, so new ones had to be assigned to redo the work at my expense. Quite a regretful experience overall.
