I feel so blessed and so lucky to have found such an amazing law firm online. Mr. Rosenblatt is everything you could ever ask for in an attorney (kind, patient, understanding, and extremely knowledgeable). His Paralegal Stephanie Gonzalez is absolutely amazing as well. She listens to your needs, comes up with excellent strategies to remedy your problems, and makes you feel so comfortable through every process. Everybody at this office is very professional and so knowledgeable about the legal system, having decades of experience. I've worked with other law firms in the past and let me tell you that this firm is such a breath of fresh air. This particular firm has helped me like family through some of the most challenging/difficult events of my life. After nearly a year of trying to negotiate my mortgage loan, my wife convinced me to hire a firm to handle it. Stephanie drew up spreadsheets and profit and loss statements and helped me properly prove hardship which got my loan modification approved. Within 3 months, my loan was reworked and I could finally afford the monthly payments. Since I have caught up on the mortgage, I am filing a chapter 7 bankruptcy to rid myself of the credit card and medical debt. I am definitely happy with the service and I plan on continuing to use their services.

I came to Rosenblatt after another firm messed my case up. They knew how to properly protect the equity in my home and pointed out multiple mistakes from the first firm I went to. If I didn't go to Rosenblatt they would have dismissed my bankruptcy and my house would have been at risk. Please believe the posts with one stars. This law firm will take your money and never follow up and will never submit legal documents. We were adding my husband’s name to the deed to my property. We were requesting during a time in which property taxes were due but assured me they would be submitted in October. I sent an email expressing how I was not getting any responses or updates. I received an email telling me what he expects which is I email him and he responds. He will not give any updates if when documents are submitted. If you do not constantly request update of legal document status, they will not be filed even if you have paid for the service. I will never use this lawyer again. It’s an expensive lesson.

The attorneys at Salvado Law told me exactly what I would need to do to put myself in the best position for trial, and were always available to update me with status of my case. I’m grateful to have such a knowledgeable team of attorneys who successfully negotiated community service.
