Can't find any other attorneys like Ms. Gu. Well deserved for 5 stars.

Attorney Yu Gu represented me as the sponsor in two immigration petitions. She signed and submitted two Form G-28 "Notice of Entry of Appearance as Attorney" to the USINS to represent me, yet she did not give to me copy of the what I signed or copy of what she submitted. Now she cannot find any copy of all of the originally-signed documents. She even testified under oath that she was not my immigration attorney in direct contradiction to the signed Form G-28. Maryland Attorney Grievance Commission has issued a public reprimand to Yu Gu in FY2013 for failing to provide competent representation and for not keeping her client informed of the status of an immigration case.
