Mr. Minshew is an amazing lawyer. After spending years feeling that I could not make any progress I finally found Nick, his knowledge of family law gave me the confidence that I needed. I was very intimidated by court but Nick would keep me informed of every step he was taking to get ready for court and completely kept me advised as to what to expect. I would highly recommend Nicholas Minshew to anyone in the metro area.

Nick Minshew isn't just a good attorney, he is a professional. By that I mean that he respects my objectives, but also give me good advice. He maintains an even disposition and restrains from elevating issues unnecessarily. Divorce proceedings aren't fun and he manages the issues so as to not make them worse helping me maintain a relationship with my wife that is still congenial. I appreciate his honesty. When an issue came up that was non-standard {my X is from the former Soviet Union) he had no problem admitting he needed to do some research before advising me. Even though I am now in another state I still consider him my best advisor on legal matters - and a friend.

If there is anyone looking for assistance with bankruptcy, loan modifications or refinancing of your home loan, I highly recommend Mr. Gilman.
