Jim is a great attorney! We hired him for my family-based GC petition. We found him via my employer sponsored legal insurance plan (MetLife/Hyatt Legal), which covered our free initial consultation with Jim. In that call, we found him to be very patient and knowledgeable, and he explained things very clearly to us, and went over the overall process and the estimated timelines. We liked his explanations and his personality, and decided to engage him to represent us with the USCIS. We filled out the necessary forms and he reviewed them and made suggestions, and then we sent him all the documents. He printed everything out, arranged them in the package, and sent it off to the lockbox. He was timely when it came to informing us about any notices from the USCIS (e.g. biometrics appointment scheduling, interview scheduling, etc.) and he also accompanied us for our interview at the Fairfax field office. When there was a SNAFU with the interview scheduling there, he intervened and had the field office conduct the interview anyway (which was a good thing), and we had a positive outcome. Absolutely worth hiring Jim to represent us, especially with the legal plan!

Jim Daniel was extremely helpful and attentive with my adjustment of Status case. Before starting my AOS I did interview different lawyers that had experience with DACA recipients applying for AOS, and Jim was the only lawyer that was patient with all my questions. My package was so put together that my immigration officer had no question and just approved my case on the spot.I'll definitely be coming back for my naturalization application.

Mr. Daniel was very helpful, clear, and nice in answering our questions regarding a green card and filling out the application. He let us know which things were especially important to put in a certain way, and which things that did not need modification. It was also very helpful of him to provide templates for things such as recommendation letters. All in all, the time between seeing him for the first time and finishing the application went very smoothly and quickly. I would recommend him to others. The price of his services was worth it.

Jim did an excellent job helping my wife and I with our estate planning and will preparation. His work was so good thorough there that he advised of some other matters that needed to be handled in regards to our estate planning which he also completed for us in an outstanding manner.
