I am exceptionally happy to have found Patrick Hanifin. Without his legal support, my tenancy under a negligent and abusive landlord would have almost certainly ended up poorly for me. My landlord was relentless, claiming I was responsible for countless pre-existing problems with the property. With Mr. Hanifin's support, I was able to get out on my own terms, and miraculously, financially unscathed. I am very grateful for his exceptional service.
