Mr. Leon Geller represented me in District Court in Rockville for a Domestic Violence case. It was the first time I had ever involved with the police, the prosecutor, and the court. Mr. Geller met me multiple times and spent hours and hours within one month to go through and explain everything in great details and affirmed my existing knowledge of the process. He hosted the negotiations with the prosecutor. With the prosecutor’s aggressive pursuing the case, he organized and prepared every possible evidence and developed the defense strategy. With all his hard work, the prosecutor directly dismissed the case in the court. I’m dealing with a problematic tenant who has accused me of doing something I have not done in order to receive financial advantages. I have selected Mr. Geller after interviewing several attorneys. I was recently arrested for shoplifting and charged with theft and malicious destruction of property. Needless to say I was overwhelmed and since I had never been arrested before I did not know where to turn.
