Alicia R. Lucero won both of my custody trials for me. My Limited Divorce in 2014 and Absolute Divorce in 2017. She went up against a medical doctor twice and won both times. Ms. Lucero was HIGHY recommended by the Montgomery County Circuit Court to me when I was attempting to modify my child support. As with any case the are issues between parties and Ms. Lucero always kept me in the loop and was very gracious in allowing me to may payments to her throughout this process. In my case I was in the Army and stationed in Texas so I had to fly to MD for my initial hearing. From that point on she stated that she did not see why I had to fly there for this simple hearing and she would and she would be dealing with the plaintiff out of court. This saved me thousand of dollars in funds. Ms. Lucero was very upfront with my case as she never hide the truth from me as to what she was doing and what she believed should be done but the decision was mine to make. She gave me courses of actions to pursue. I am thankful I had the opportunity of being her client. I will be contacting her In January of next year for assistance to stop child support for a emancipated minor. She was very helpful, kind, honest and bottom line up front kind of lawyer.
