Such an amazing attorney. He developed a plan and gave us guidance. We completed our assignment and he did his assignment. A person’s life could change in a major way for a one day mistake but Mr. Arora gave us a second chance to be able to learn from our mistake. Thank you!

Mr. Arora and the Benowitz team were excellent. Professional quality responsiveness... My husband and I realized we had inadvertently been miss-filing our taxes, and we were very concerned that we would need to re-file for every year since we were married. I looked up tax lawyers nearby, but it seemed the nearest ones were out of state. So I scrolled through the offerings of tax lawyers in a nearby state, and when I saw Mr. Pontius's face in a photo, I thought, "now there's a person with a tender heart who could understand our problem and help us." And I was right. Mr. Pontius got my message and called me back personally in a timely manner. And after obtaining the information he needed to understand and assess our situation and our particular needs, he told me plainly that according to the tax laws, under the circumstances, we were not required to re-file our taxes, as we had filed them in good faith. This was an enormous relief to my husband and I with the circumstances we are in in life right now. Mr. Pontius was honest, and thoughtful and really listened and cared. I am very grateful.
