Daniel Law Office (Jim Daniel) is hands down the very best attorney in Maryland that I have ever worked with. I was going through a rough time considering the legal action Jim was handling for me, and I appreciate that Jim was able to get everything done. However, there were at least two instances where he yelled at me, and I found that quite upsetting. As someone who values respectful communication, I believe clients should be handled with more care, especially during challenging times. I hope this feedback can help improve the way clients are treated in the future.

Greg Abney was PHENOMENAL in my representation. While other attorneys were literally lying to me and trying to make sure to get their pay, Greg kept it real and honest with me. He does offer flat rates for uncontested divorces and in my case, we did not need to involve the children (which other attorneys said we *had* to). The communication was clear, friendly and he made sure that I was in the loop for anything that was needed or was being done. I found Jim through my employer's legal benefits service as my then fiancé and I sought advice on immigration options. We initially met via Zoom and he was very knowledgeable, kind, and straightforward when reviewing our options. We moved forward with the K1 visa and then Adjustment of Status (green card) processes with Jim. He was thorough, meticulous, compassionate, and communicative throughout 2.5yrs it took from applying for the K1 visa to receiving my husband's green card. I am in social media groups with people going through the same process from the same country, and my experience was much smoother than most, even with providing less evidence than what was stressed as necessary in the groups. this review is one of the most proud i have to make about an attorney. after consulting a bunch of attorney about an immigration issue a got a lot of false/unclear statements. Mr Daniel was very knowledgeable and gave me a clear and honest answer to my situation. even though it was not favorable to me but it was the truth and i really appreciated his honesty. will contact him again and again for any issue i may face in the future.

I wanted to share my experience working with Jim. We had tried several lawyers, but none of them were able to explain the process clearly. Jim, in just one meeting, walked us through the entire process, the strategy we would use, and what was needed. He was easy to get ahold of and our process went through faster than anyone I had heard of. I would rate him 10/10 and would use him again.

After our initial contact, Jim set up a virtual consultation to get more information about my wife and I’s needs (i.e. my green card application) and answered all of our questions (and we had a *lot* of them!) with clear and concise explanations. He thoroughly goes through every step and follows up via email promptly. He sent our papers on our behalf and made sure we heard back about any details as soon as possible. As a result, our I-130 and I-485 were approved in 7 months from the date of submission, without any complications or RFEs. The interview was waived too.
