After getting a DUI, I researched different attorney's based in my area, ultimately deciding on Leon Geller--and I am so grateful I did. I talked to a few other attorney's but Leon is the most knowledgable, helpful, and thorough attorney anyone could ask for. He has has awards from accredited classes that give him specific insight into the DUI process, and he is very well respected within the legal community. My DUI case was even a little trickier than average because of my out-of-state license. Despite the irregular circumstances, Leon was on top of everything, and a consistent source of stability, composure, and reassurance throughout the entire process as my attorney. Experienced, competent, thorough, accommodating, communicative, and professional, at less than half the fee quoted by many other nearby legal services. Almost too good to be true, cannot recommend enough! I sought help from several lawyers in the Rockville, MD area after encountering some legal problems. I called Mr. Geller's office and his wonderful assistant Jocelyn took some details and quickly put me in touch with Mr. Geller. Despite not being in the office, Mr. Geller called me back on the phone within hours the same day, while he was still on the road. Already going out of his way for a brand-new client, who might not even choose his legal services; a very reassuring sign. He scheduled a free in-person consultation, during which he further reviewed my case and explained my options in extreme detail. And I really do mean extreeeme detail. Every single possible scenario and outcome was meticulously explained several times to help me make the most well thought-out and well-informed decision possible. He quoted me a surprisingly low fee; literally one-half to one-third the price of several other nearby legal services I explored. His payment plan was very accommodating as well; half to officially take my case and the remainder after my court date when my case was resolved. I took a few days to think it over before choosing Mr. Geller's services. He immediately sprung into action and sent off multiple forms and documents that he had already prepared for my case, before I had even paid him. Jocelyn kept me constantly updated via phone and email, making sure I always knew what was going on and that no decisions were made without my informed consent. There were no surprises though; Mr. Geller's analyses and predictions for my case were always spot on. On my court date, Mr. Geller accompanied me and resolved my case exactly as planned, in the best possible manner. He worked with the prosecutor to get a "nolle prosequi" for all of my charges and eventually have them expunged altogether. Could not be happier with the end result. A clean record is priceless! In addition to his legal prowess and expertise, Mr. Geller is an all-around wonderful person. Respectful, patient, careful, hard-working, approachable, pragmatic, and intelligent. At first he may come across as soft-spoken and unassuming (far from the loud, brash lawyers depicted in Hollywood), but he is the real deal. Had an amazing experience with Mr. Geller. My case was special since i do not live in state. He went out of his way to set up my court date and my follow ups all on the same week.
