If I could give 10 stars I would..Mr Humayan represented me on a dwi/dui case along with several serious traffic citations that both were potentially jailable and had a hefty fine behind them.. Although he has a private practice he was assigned to my case by the public defenders office. I'm assuming whenever the PD's case load gets too large Mr Humayan helps them out by taking a few cases for them. Mr Humayan and his wife who works in the public defenders office vigorously worked on my case with me from day one and I truly felt like my case was in good hands with them.. My case was continued multiple times due to the police officer being out of town and the state not making discovery available to Mr Humayan in a timely manner.. We were taking my case to trial and Humayan followed my case each time completely pro bono despite the PD's office wanting to assign somebody new to the case after the continuances. Mr Humayan negotiated with the state and all my alcohol related charges were dropped and we pleaded guilty to reckless driving. I received pbj for that one traffic offense despite being up against 4 others along with the dui/dwi which is best case scenario.. Mr Humayan is very effective in front of the judge and is extremely well informed about the law and your rights.. He genuinely wants to protect those rights and he is not afraid to point out any flaws in the states case against you.. I can not thank this man and his wife enough for everything they have done for me.. Mr Humayan is genuinely a good man and is dedicated to protecting the rights of the people.. God forbid if I ever get in a bind again he will be the first person I call.. Thanks Asim!
