Mr. Geller did an amazing job with my case. i was facing some serious time and some very serious charges. Geller showed so much compassion for my life and my story this man cared about me and he genuinely wanted nothing but the best for me i was going through a lot at the time of the crime and we utilized these things in my defense yes i was guilty but i am not a bad person and without Mr. Geller on my side i don't think i would have been able to tell my story i wouldnt have had a chance to show people i have a heart and i am human and i made a mistake i would not have had the same outcome had he not been in my corner fighting for me. he was also constantly in contact with my family keeping them in the loop checking up on them making sure everyone was doing ok and keeping my family calm. he would also come to see me personally while i was detained in our county facility he hand delivered all paperwork pertaining to my case and he went through everything with me to ensure i was 100% informed on everything so i was aware of all possibilities good and bad he relieved a lot of the stress i had once i knew what was going on because in that situation the period of time when you dont really know what will happen is painful there are so many things running through your head at that time it drives you crazy and he put all that at ease i highly recommend acquiring his services god bless you sir and thank you for all of your help this case was a win in my books!

Mr. Geller puts in a lot of effort to understand your case. He took a lot of notes ( comes in handy to have this information to make objections on your behalf during court). During the trial, he makes sure that the prosecutor does not present opinions expressed or use hearsay (Mr. Geller quickly objects!). He is in complete control of the trial by making clear, convincing and logical arguments on your behalf. Mr Geller is an excellent attorney.

My situation was unique as I am a VA resident but the incident occurred in Rockville, MD. I was involved in a motor vehicle incident where I hit 2 parked cars and a pole . I had serious charges against me (6 charges to be exact). Mr Geller provided me with a very thorough 1 hour free consultation and I decided to hire him on the spot. Leon Geller was my attorney on a driving while impaired charge,and, over a year's time did and excellent job for me in first minimizing the impact of suspension/restriction of my driver's license with the DMV, in two hearings with them, and then ultimately achieving a probation before judgement on the DUI charge itself in Montgomery County Circuit Court. He guided and counseled me to first get involved with the Right Turn Impact Program and Maryland Counseling Service before going to trial, and then to remain positive in my personal testimony at the trial itself which, resulted in no jail time, fine, community service or interlock restriction, despite the fact that this was not my first offense; a followup hearing from his motion for modification of sentence then, months later, garnered the PBJ. His skill in not only negotiating with prosecutors, but also in effectively sequencing these hearings and trial events and getting in front of the best judge in the right court significantly impacted on these positive results in my view, as our initial appearance in District Court first indicated to him that a harsher penalty would be the result there on our trial date, before he chose instead to move our trial over to Circuit Court before a more sympathetic judge. I would, as a result, strongly recommend Mr. Geller to any individual in a similar situation, his impressive credentials precede him, and he certainly delivered well for me in what he achieved for my case.

Experienced, competent, thorough, accommodating, communicative, and professional, at less than half the fee quoted by many other nearby legal services. Almost too good to be true, cannot recommend enough! I sought help from several lawyers in the Rockville, MD area after encountering some legal problems. I called Mr. Geller's office and his wonderful assistant Jocelyn took some details and quickly put me in touch with Mr. Geller. Despite not being in the office, Mr. Geller called me back on the phone within hours the same day, while he was still on the road.
