Parva is an excellent and a compassionate attorney who understands the client situation and gives straight answers.She spent a good amount of time listening to my story to evaluate options.I was going through a rough divorce which had complicated my citizenship interview process.She was so responsive to all the updates related to my case throughout the document submission process.I am very happy with the outcome of my case and very grateful for the services provided by Parva.I highly recommend her for any complicated immigration services.

I saw her professional and very precise. I did not manage to receive my Green Card after three years and many follow-ups of immigration , So I signed a contract with Ms.Fattahi to do a case. According to the schedule for immigration, eleven months later, a Green Card should be sent to me. But according to her follow-up, my Green Card came to me after about four months. I recommend that you first contact Ms. Fattahi before doing any action.

Parva was great from start to finish. She is very experienced and knowledgable about immigration and was always very responsive to all of our questions and concerns. Thankfully my husband's adjustment of status case was fairly straightforward but given that this was a new experience for us, having Parva's guidance eased any worries about completion and accuracy of necessary paperwork. She was also happy to meet with us to prepare us for the interview and let us know what to expect. She was just great & we would highly recommend her!

Before I started my immigration, I had studied for couple months on USCIS. So when I was talking to attorneys, I had a general idea that who knows the process. I and my wife talked to around 10 different attorneys and we selected Ms. Fattahi as attorney. She knows clearly what she is doing and she knows what will happen. She is extremely series person and amazingly smart. I was sending her email at 2:30 am (am not pm) and she was responding at 2:35 am. She is amazing!! I never wait to her email for more than 15 min. AS an engineer I applied to EB-1A, it was her recommendation. It took less than two weeks to get approval for petition on November and we got our green card on 8 of May. I strongly recommend her, without any hesitation, as an attorney for immigration.

Ms. Fattahi is a very experienced and knowledgeable immigration attorney. She manages her clients' cases responsibly and professionally. She perfectly helped me applying for my case of adjustment of status. Her fluency in speaking both English and Farsi was amazing and helpful to us. Any time i had a question during the processing time of my case, she addressed my concern immediately.
