Poor communication and follow-up from the law firm
“The firm was quick to handle my case regarding excessive speeding. I didn't have to appear. I was promised a phone call when the case was over to tell me the outcome. I never received that call. I had to call repeatedly and leave messages.”

“Initially I was told that the $500 fee would cover everything. The attorney's message indicated that I needed to pay court costs of $81, and he hoped that I had resolved that. I was vexed. How would I have known when no one called to tell me the outcome?”
