Rachel was referred to us by a colleague who touted her expertise with tough immigration cases. The Baltimore USCIS Office could not make a decision on our case even after 2 interviews and a home visit. We wrote a Senator, went to Infopass, called the service number, and submitted numerous inquiries online to no avail.
