There is no way to sugarcoat it- navigating your way through a criminal legal case can be difficult. However, when we found Ms. Raquel I was pleasantly surprised. Raquel started on my criminal felony case in early February 2023. When she met me for the first time, I could tell she got me, she understood and I felt a little bit easier about the case. She knew from the minute we spoke that I was unfairly charged and I knew we would work together on getting everything resolved. Raquel had everything a criminal attorney should possess - she answered numerous questions repeatedly, she cleared her schedule to talk to me almost every time I called or after court. I was charged with a DWI along with 5 other traffic violations. Raquel was very helpful and made sure that everything was taken care of. I expressed to her the importance of me being able to return to work and she made that happen. I received a pbj for one of the charges and all others were dropped including the DWI. I hope I never need her services again but if I did she literally is stored in my phone and I would not hesitate to call her again.

I was on the verge of what I thought to be a lengthy license suspension, years of probation, and jail time due to a night of bad decisions. I faced four charges in criminal court for traffic violations. My record had been clean for the past ten+ years, but if found guilty there could have been serious repercussions. Potential jail time, fines, and suspension of my license. The gravity of my situation didn't penetrate me until 2-3 days before my scheduled hearing. Let me start by saying that being someone who has not ever been in the system, let alone this type of situation I was very frustrated and alarmed. I was referred by numerous people to talk to Raquel on a traffic charge that I believed I was wrongly accused on. I was pulled over and detained for going 10 over speed limit but was accused of driving under the influence of alcohol. At this juncture of my life I'd hoped I'd never become too familiar with our legal system. Attorney Smith expeditiously handled my case and made it clear she was there for me to find a resolution as soon as possible. No one likes to feel like they did something wrong no matter how unintentional it may have been. I contacted Raquel regarding a case that I was initially pretty worried about. I cold called the main office line and after just a brief moment of speaking with an assistant I was talking to Raquel and giving her the details of the case.
