I was in need of representation for a civil matter with a very short time frame to work with. Raquel Smith saw me the next day, sat with me and answered all my questions and concerns, and was able to accompany me during my interview with said Agency. She was always a text or phone call away to answer anything I had and drove an hour to represent me in another county. Can't say enough about her professionalism and detail to helping me win my case. Before my consultation with ms. Smith I spoke with couple of other attorneys but as soon as I had my consultation with her I instantly knew she was the one. The minute I spoke with her, I knew everything was going to be handled. I was pulled over for going 90 on a 59 mph road in route 2, this was my first traffic violation ever and I was very nervous to lose my license and get points since I still had a provisional license. I didn't even had to go to the court and she successfully killed my case. I was pleased not guilty, no points, or any fines. I would definitely recommend her to anyone. She is absolutely the BEST!!

How to describe Raquel at how well she does at her job; she's persistent, effienct, trustworthy and very helpful. This was my first experience with having to pay fees for a couple speeding tickets and she just does an outstanding job with keeping up with trial dates, emails, text messages to remind you that you have an appointment the next day, the whole nine yards! Raquel is the ultimate legal beast at what she does. I am super satisfied with the 4 dropped charges that she was awarded on my behalf. She is such a guru at what she does, she managed to get me a refund from MVA , yes you read correctly, a refund,in addition to the charges being thrown out..
