Pros
1
Knowledgeable and experienced attorneys who are well-respected in the legal community
“Esteban Gergely is hands down, one of the top lawyers in the Rockville area. He's been my go-to lawyer for the past 8 years. There has never been an outcome that didn't leave me astounded with his work.”
2
Personable and caring approach, treating clients like family
“Mr. Humayun truly cares when it comes to his clients and did his very best to win the case in my favor (which he did). He made everything easy and not stressful at all while still putting my needs first.”
3
Effective communication and responsiveness, keeping clients informed throughout the process
“Esteban and his staff were tremendously professional and helpful during my case. His experience was tremendously helpful in the resolution of my case. I could not thank and recommend him enough.”
4
Achieve favorable outcomes, including dismissals and reduced charges
“Without going into too much detail on specific charges, I would just like to say how impressed I was with the services of Estaban and his talent for positive interpretation of the law. I had 8 charges, one being a dwi. He was able to have 7 of 8 charges acquitted and I walked out of the court room after trial only having to pay for an illegal left turn.”
5
Reasonable and transparent pricing
“Mr. Geller was extremely attentive and very responsive when it came to our case. He was able to meet us during the weekend and got our problem resolved within a matter of a week. I highly recommend him as a lawyer our experience was very pleasant.”
Cons
1
Inconsistent communication and follow-up from some attorneys
“The firm was quick to handle my case regarding excessive speeding. I didn't have to appear. I was promised a phone call when the case was over to tell me the outcome. I never received that call. I had to call repeatedly and leave messages.”
2
Potential for hidden or unexpected fees
“Initially I was told that the $500 fee would cover everything. The attorney's message indicated that I needed to pay court costs of $81, and he hoped that I had resolved that. I was vexed. How would I have known when no one called to tell me the outcome?”
