Unresponsive and unreliable staff
“unexperienced staff, Staff never pick up phone, If you don't speak Spanish, they treat you like sh.t”

Scheduling and communication issues
“Once they manage to pick up do not expect to have near future date available for appointment, I receive a call from the front desk that Mr. Richey is not going to be in the office tomorrow that if i want to see him i have to be in the office that day at 2 pm meanwhile they were calling me around 11 am.”

Lack of case management and follow-up
“They do not stay untop of your case, misplace things and you have to be the one constantly calling them to remind them of due dates”
