I had an opportunity to work with the MM&C team over an extended period of time (to settle an estate) and was quite impressed with the quality of service I received. My family had a connection with MM&C and that is how I came to know them. This firm is outstanding and always delivers. I worked with Tagg Hutchinson (real estate attorney) the longest and was very happy with the results. Tagg was extremely competent, and a savvy negotiator. He helped me navigate through very difficult situations and did it with aplomb and humor.

He was the level-headed and logical person we needed to help us see through the complexity and emotions of the process. He helped us attempt to find a reasonable settlement and when that became not possible, he was extremely detailed-oriented, knowledgeable, and communicative as we prepared for trial. Miller, Miller & Canby has very skilled attorneys in many practice areas and would be my pick for anything needed in the DC area, but certainly in Montgomery County. They did a wonderful job helping us with our family trust and I've seen how effective they are in zoning, eminent domain and litigation cases. I highly recommend them.
