I highly recommend Blank Moorstien and Lipshutz. After my car accident I was clueless as to what actions I could take. This was a hit and run and I feared my insurance would increase in rates etc. for something that was not my fault. They first made sure I was ok and set me up with Drs that could help treat the accident related issues. I worked directly with Lipshutz and Aimee. I had many of the issues listed in the 1 star ratings on this site. Charges seemed excessive while the lawyer seemed to never have a good handle on what was going on. Like others have stated on this site, I felt he talked a good game and then things went south quickly. I started to become concerned over the cash drain and what seemed to be his insationable appetite for money, so I started looking around the internet and found aspects of his past I was not comfortable with. Hiring him was a big mistake.

I learned about Lipshutz and partners about a year ago. My case had a number of complications but Stewart and his team took care of it persistently, provided me with frequent updates and I did not have to worry about a thing. At the end of settlement everything was more than fair and square, as he had described the overall picture for costs in day 1.
