I called this settlement company and talked to Adam Polske today. The person was less friendly. I think I will take my house closing somewhere else Responding to owner's reply: I called on the day I have posted this review. The first person who picked up my call was friendly and noted down my name and couple of other details. She initially try to transfer me to Chad Older though on unavailability she transferred me to another person. May be you also need to fix how you maintain your call logs :)
