Adam made the closing process incredibly easy. Prior to my closing, Peak Settlements was very communicative, ensuring I had all the necessary documents, signatures, and information. They were responsive through emails, moved quickly, and answered all of my questions. Adam checked in with me prior to the closing and made sure I was all set with everything that I needed to have, including knowing exactly where I was going. During the closing itself, Adam had all the necessary paperwork ready and organized and as a first time homebuyer, he went through all the items carefully with me making sure that I understood everything I was signing and encouraged me to reach out if I had any additional questions. I called this settlement company and talked to Adam Polske today. The person was less friendly. I think I will take my house closing somewhere else Responding to owner's reply: I called on the day I have posted this review. The first person who picked up my call was friendly and noted down my name and couple of other details. She initially try to transfer me to Chad Older though on unavailability she transferred me to another person. May be you also need to fix how you maintain your call logs :)
