I witnessed Ms. Rakityanskaya in court where she won a completely hopeless case (not mine). I then went back to her years later for my own needs. She knows my case to the letter, even better that I know it myself. She makes preparation for document submissions and other things look effortless. I don't feel swamped and I always know that she has it under control. Definitely a fighter. Doesn't give up. An aggressive, but smart litigator. If you hire her, you will be in good hands.
