This is our second case with Mr. Berman, The first case we were very happy with our settlement and this one, didn't disappoint. They were very professional, available anytime we called, answered all of our questions and put us at ease. GREAT SERVICES! GLAD I FOUND THEM! I was in a very terrible car accident at a very bad timing - a week after my wedding back in July 2019. I was confused, overwhelmed, exhausted by the unexpected event. My husband and I had never experienced any car accidents prior to this, so of course, we had so many questions and concerns (about my health, vehicle, time off due to the accident, etc). The first thing I did was contacting the insurance company yet there was no help in guidance. They were very slow too. A few days after the accident, I experienced back pains. I went to see a doctor for a quick check-up. Simultaneously, I informed the insurance company but there was no proper answer given. After dealing with much trouble by myself (and of course, after reading lots of positive reviews on Google), I contacted Ms. Kelly - the firm's paralegal through a mutual connection. They helped me with contacting and working with the insurance company. At times, they would check on my injuries and communicate with me consistently via emails, texts. When I got discharged, they worked with the doctor office on my behalf. And they worked hard for the settlement amount due to the accident. I probably sucked as a client because I moved so much, but Josh was super nice to be patient with me. Mentally, I would have probably suffered far more without his legal expertise in my case. Before hiring him, the insurance company wanted to pin fault on me despite the facts from the police report and witnesses clearly implied that the other party was at fault. I'm content with the end results of the case and Josh deserved every penny of the money he made off my case. I would hire him again.
