Following my being rear ended my husband and I were introduced to Josh Bergman. From the door his office staff were kind,fast,considerate and provided loads of candy in the waiting room.Josh treated us as though he had known us for many years.He was welcoming,humble,down to earth,scrupulous and experienced on the legal issues at hand.When the other party’s carrier gave us the run around for a rental Josh called and instantly one was delivered.He gave me all the proper advices.He was more concerned about my recovery/health than money.Josh was honest.Each time we called his office Josh would either return our call within 48 hours or Michelle would satisfactorily attend to our calls but in most cases Josh would call back in minutes.He got me the most I could get for my damages,secured me a huge chiropractor discount and other discounts.He treated us as if we were his only clients. A month prior to the settlement I had a death in the family and had to travel to Sierra Leone for the funeral.Money was low,I hadn’t worked in months due to injuries from accident.Josh had the insurance company expedite my check in a rush then to avert the waiting time for check to clear thereby missing the funeral Josh went the extra mile to give me a firm check that I could immediately cash then he deposited mine in his account. Mr. Berman helped me settle my accident case for a very good amount against one of the biggest insurance companies in the country. His knowledge of the claims process and diligence in ascertaining and understanding the details of my case made this strong settlement possible! I would highly recommend Mr. Berman for a personal injury matter.

Why i gave 2 stars, from time of the accident to receive check was total 10 months 2 days. Also retainer agreement, his fee is 1/3 which is normal but his fee taken from gross settlement. There is a huge difference between net settlement to gross settlement. It made an extra 5k loss for us from settlement. There are many many law firms taking the fee from net settlement. I do not reccomend this firm because you can find another firm who is taking fee from the net settlement.
