Mr. Bach was an extremely professional and patient individual. He helped myself and my son through a very rough and long time. Dave was my attorney for my divorce. It was not an easy case, but Dave was quick to grasp the complications and nuances of the case right from the beginning He was a 100% advocate on my behalf and was extremely supportive, while at the same time always presenting me with an honest and realistic assessment of the various dimensions and options of the case. My spouse was pretty unresponsive in terms of providing customary information, was in no hurry to move things along, and felt she was entitled to everything and more. Dave persisted in representing my interests in coming to a satisfactory resolution, and in the end my now-ex and I were able to work out a reasonable settlement agreement without the enormous expense of a full-blown court case (even though Dave was fully prepared to take this one to court if that had been the best solution). Dave's commitment to client service was punctuated by his hanging in there and helping me work through a ridiculous post-settlement issue in which ex was refusing to go along with a clearly stated provision of the settlement agreement. Dave was an enthusiastic, insightful, understanding, and very effective advocate for me throughout the whole process.

Mr Bach provided good counsel and empathy during an extremely contentious separation and divorce. His patience during the property settlement was extraordinary as there were times I felt the process would never end. Mr Bach was always personable and available to me throughout the pandemic when things seemed overwhelmingly bleak. For a client such as myself, who knew little about family law prior to separation, Mr Bach was a great choice.

This man cannot be trusted at all. Hired Bach for my divorce case, without getting into to many information. On more than one occasion he was late more than an hour and does not give a call or message to say so. Then the final straw was when he did not show up to court at all. No calls from him or his office. Might as well just burn your money instead.

I hired David Bach to handle my divorce.
