David Felsen is by far the best attorney in the Maryland area. He is compassionate, patient and confident at what he does. He approached my situation with delicate hands and really put his best foot forward. His cost is reasonable and he will present you with the best expert advisement by law. I called Mr. Felsen on a late December Saturday evening, and he responded in less than an hour as I was very concerned and had never had legal issues or required an attorney before. My decision turned out to be the best one I've ever made! Mr. Felsen calmed me down and was extremely professional, kind, understanding and VERY knowledgeable. I met with him in his Rockville office in late Dec 2021 to discuss my case. Mr. Felsen asked important questions relating to the circumstances and was able to devise defenses, several defenses, very quickly and calmed me down!! His knowledge of the law is impressive, no surprise he is a top-rated attorney in the United States, not just Maryland. Within one month Mr. Felson, late January, convinced the State prosecutor to NOT Prosecute, Nolle Prosequi and the case dismissed!! This was incredibly great news and the best possible and fastest result we could have hoped for. Mr. Felson works quickly, explains everything, very efficient and professional. Mr. Felsen was absolutely amazing! He went over and beyond his call of duty for me, ended up taking on an additional surprise case, and stepped in for my bond hearing. He worked over the weekend to ensure my needs were met for my cases. He even delivered our evidence to the court room in a snowstorm for the next day. Mr. Felsen gave me both the pros and cons to each decision that would be made on my end. He was a diamond in a rough. I wasnt just another number to him. I could tell he truly cared. He also is a monster in the court room and knows law very well. He knows when to be aggressive. My situation is very weird and was a challenging one, but he came through and won our cases. He even visited me while I was incarcerated on a Sunday and he spoke with the Commissioner at 12:30 AM unexpectedly for a different case he wasnt planning on working on. When I first met him, Mr. Felsen was truthful with me and gave me the worst case scenario which I didn't want to hear, but I needed to hear. However, in court he argued hard for me. Nice guy, but also an aggressive advocate. True professional.
