Poor responsiveness and lack of language support
“Even though that didn't leave much time before court I still waited almost a month and was never called back. Plus my boyfriend speaks Spanish so he felt more comfortable with someone that is bilingual or needs a interpreter because his English isn't that well and they had no one in the office that provided that.”

Questionable ethics and practices
“They like to have clients who are completely worthless parents. Then try and make them look like super parents and talk very badly to the other parent. They are helping addicts get custody of their kids and putting children in danger.”
