My husband and I purchased land, Mr Long was the Lawyer involved. Our deed was given to us with my name spelled incorrectly. I returned the deed and a month later it was returned still incorrect with a letter stating a typo was acceptable. (It is not acceptable to me.)
I then emailed Mr Long to tell him I wanted it fixed and returned to them the deed. After several months I received our deed back with the mistake whited out and the correct letter typed in. Garbage!
