I spent quite a bit of time looking for a good lawyer with his specialties and once I learned about his experience and capabilities, I knew that I would not be satisfied if any other lawyer were to take on my case. I am pleased to say that he accepted my case after our initial consultation phone call. Morris knew exactly what was needed to win my case. Mr. Fischer has represented me for the past 20 months, at the Office of Special Counsel, before the Senate Committee for Homeland Security & Governmental Affairs and the Merit Systems Protection Board. My Whistle blower retaliations case required the review of over 20,000 pages of discovery, conducting 10 depositions, representing me at a seven and a half hour adversarial deposition, preparing me for Senate testimony and expertly preparing for a major hearing in my case. Mr. Fischer along with Co-Counsel and staff spent literally hundreds or hours preparing for a recently completed hearing before an MSPB Administrative Law Judge. The genesis of my case was retaliation against me for reporting governmental waste and abuse. The agency we litigated against assigned two experienced lawyers who aggressively opposed us at every turn.
