I highly recommend Mr. Rohan and his team. After an employer's insurance carrier found my son's injury at work to be "uncompensable", Steve and his team got them to reverse their finding and my son received all the medical care, benefits and compensation he deserved. I had tons of questions throughout the process and Claudia always provided quick and complete responses. Claudia's a gem - a true professional and very personable and easy to work with. We could tell that our case actually mattered. In a word our experience was "perfect".

My rating is outstanding! This is my second experience with Rohan Law Firm...Each time, I received the best customer service and they met my expectations. The first time, Attorney Rohan himself prepared the entire case, and this (second time) time I had the privilege of working with Mr. Christian (My case manager). My experience with this law firm has been wonderful there staff is excellent everytime I call claudia has helped me n resolved my issue immediately she's the best andrea and Christian also and Mr Rohan I couldn't have found a better attorney I have had more than one case that has gotten taken care of in a timely matter with good results I definitely give them 5 stars

I have told everyone that will listen about how terrible this lawyer and his staff have been handling my case. This law firm is so incompetent and ill equipped to handle cases that involve regular communication. Steve and his paralegal, Maria, are very arrogant and mean. Especially when you have your own opinion or want to listen to experts other than their advice. I would not give them any stars if I could. No one at this law firm can understand basic information and they will not fight back on your behalf because they are cowardly cowards. Maria has stated multiple times that she is overwhelmed because she is the only paralegal there. They have yelled at me for asking questions about anything that I needed elaboration about. They are more confrontational to their clients than the people that their clients are against. I feel discriminated against because of my temporary disability.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I have known them for years! They make you feel like they really care about you and your situation.

I absolutely love the personal attention this law firm gives. Cristian is AMAZING. I can be a difficult person at times, and his comforting demeanor always soothes my mind. He answers all my questions and is very attentive. I am very grateful for him and everyone at Rohan.

Just called Mr. Cohen's office, and got the most nonchalant attitude from Christina. Not good at all! All I want is communication my case manager. Last we spoke was in the Fall of 2016, and that's was due to a call I initiated after not hearing from her for several months prior. Communicate, Communicate, Communicate! Mr. Rouen, can YOU please give me a call. It would be greatly appreciated. After my initial review of Mr. Rohan's office 5 months ago, I recvd a call from the new ofc mgr Claudia. She offered her sincerest apology for the lack of response I recvd regarding my case. Claudia took over my case and got me more than I expected! Thank you Claudia!😀

My boyfriend is currently using Mr.Rohan's services, and has found himself faced recently with an internal conflict of whether or not his best interest is in mind when dealing with their clients. In addition, I believe anyone who seeks defense from an attorney wants reassurance from them and to get updates on their cases, and in DEPTH at that. It's terrible when I call up there to ask some questions that im unsure of (reasons I needed your expertise in the first place) and your staff is always misinformed about my case, and very rude and offputting when asked to many questions. Elise (sorry if I misspelled her name) is awesome though. I think she does a great job and is always very helpful with her knowledge of the law. Mr.Rohan, although we had only spoken once at my free legal consultation I still do believe he has my back, and will fight for me and the benefits that I deserve! Just my input. Thank you for what you guys do.

I have to commend Steve and his staff, especially Maria for all of their help. They have been handling my case and I must say they are the BEST. Thank you guys for all that you do.
