the main problem was it was hard to give him information he jumped to conclusions that made me wonder if he was actually listening to my part of the conversation. He was very quick to offer unsolicited advice on my business as well which unlike his legal advice came from a position of ignorance so was of little value. I do have to give him marks for trustworthiness he did seem more honest at least than some lawyers I have known or hired. everything was finalized at the agreed upon fee.
