Terrible attorney service

Llame para ver si podían recibir mi caso , mi caso es de estafa y lo hicieron fue cortarme la llamada poco profesionalismo, lo dejan hablando en llamada , que horrible 😡

I was referred to Attorney Jude Wikramanayake by a realtor to consult with on a landlord-tenant matter. I sent him an email outlining the situation and followed up with a call when the office opened after the July 4th holiday. When I did not receive a response from the attorney, I contacted the office yesterday afternoon to schedule a formal consultation. The receptionist did a brief intake and scheduled the appointment. First thing this morning, I receive a call from the office receptionist stating Jude directed her to cancel my appointment because he does not service the Baltimore County area. Nobody wants their time wasted. Clearly, some training is in order for the front desk staff because 1) a consultation should never have been scheduled if the firm only services select parts of Maryland and 2) my legal matter was not one of their practice areas. Finally, a simple acknowledgement to my email by Attorney Jude letting me know that he could not assist me would have been the courteous thing to do.

simply dysfunctional. the reps always sound distress and disturb when you call for a simple question. Not sure why they are in business if they feel obligated to even talk to you. This place need a big reform.

My sister and I were referred by a family who had a great experience with attorney Jude. I called to set up an appointment for an automobile accident, front desk told me they would return my call. It has been two weeks no call yet. My sister called asking same thing, the front desk told her, the attorneys do not handle automobile accident and asked her to look elsewhere. Not sure where the disconnect starts but very unprofessional.
