I didn’t have a great experience with her and would never hire her again. She was never prepared for our court appearances and often arrived late. I never felt like she cared about my case and getting the most favorable outcome for me. I didn’t feel like she gave my case 100% attention and dedication. She talks a good game during the consultation, appears caring, competent etc... but once she was paid and the case was under way, I saw a different side to her. It was always, we should do such and such, but then she would never follow up! She never took the tome to throughout prepare me for the court appearances and what to expect. I’m Extremely disappointed in her and would urge you not to hire her.

I called her office and immediately I was transferred to her, Attorney Rebecca, I was like wowww this is a great first telephone service from an Attorney. I am not a lawyer and do not provide legal services at my office, I do not recommend attorneys in the area to my clients because I hear to many complaints about them. Ironically, one of my best friends is an Attorney, she is locally staying on a diolomatic visa and assist the community with problems outside the USA in her home country. Another one of my good friends is married to an Attorney also on a foreign country. For immigration purposes I highly recommend a peer she is from Los Angeles and she is a great Immigration attorney, I refer my clients to her on immigration issues. Today the referral is not for a client is not to assist my community either in Los Angeles or the DMV area. Today is about me in the need of an attorney. Its regarding my daughter's safety and my safety and protection. Rebecca Cosca when I talked to her earlier today she was very friendly and very professional. She privided me with tips about my case. I have felt very unprotected lately and she sounds like the woman who will do anything for me, as a client to fight for my safety and protection. I give professional credit to hard working woman who fight till the end for her clients rights. Most deffinetely, I will recommend my local DMV Clients to her without a doubt. Professionalism, trust to a client a priceless. I will always be in contact with her for client referrals and legal services for myself too. My clientele are Spanish speaking; I would gladly sent them her way. Rebecca is the last lawyer in a search for the best for me, I have had lawyer's that people in Baltimore city and Anne Arundel county calmed were the best. But when I really needed someone to come through they asked me for a lot more money and told me the best they could do, and that I would still end up with 8 yrs in prison! That's when I had to find someone who could do atleast something better for me, and my girlfriend at the time found Rebecca, I took my problem to her and she is the only one who said she could get the charge dropped to a simple traffic ticket and that I would walk away with no jail time! And that's exactly what happened! I would have gladly paid more for her, so I used her again, and she is just amazing! Believe me I'm no saint but I don't belong in jail, and she is the only one who can keep me out. So if you have something you are facing time on take it to her if you want to stay out! PS.
