I highly recommend Goldberg Finnegan in particular Curtis Cannon who is effective, professional and on top of that a genuinely kind and compassionate person who will be a strong advocate. My case took several years to settle but throughout the process Curtis kept me informed and worked diligently to resolve the case in a reasonable and fair manner. If I could give 10 stars I would!

This firm is creative, responsive, empathetic, tough on opposition, thorough, detailed, super clever, and compassionate. They fight hard for their clients. Highly recommend for anyone with an employment law/discrimination issue! Later post: Omar and Suvita, the senior partners, stuck with me during the entire process. Omar communicated regularly which meant a great deal — I have seen lawyers that go long stretches where the client hears nothing. Even though Omar had much bigger cases to tackle, he made me feel like I was his most important priority. Omar gave me his full commitment throughout the process. I never had a moment of disappointment or frustration with Omar as my lawyer. He and Suvita are both trustworthy and honorable. They are the worst company when it comes to calling people back. When it comes to updating you on your case. And also, you probably only talk to your lawyer one time and the rest of the time you going to be just talking to her paralegal because you can never contact a lawyer or most of the time to paralegal and they're one of them call you back at all after you leave messages after the messages at the messages. And also you might speak to a lawyer one time but the rest of the time after a year and some change I only talk to the paralegal I talked to the lawyer one time the rest of the time been paralegal. Not to mention I had another lawyer there who did the same exact thing so I got my case transferred to another lawyer they do the same thing so it's not the lawyer it's the law firm itself!!!!👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽 And remember don't be fooled by the reviews because companies and jobs have people write reviews for them to boost up clients I've been asked that at quite a few jobs...

They never called me back to give me a referral. I have an on-the-job injury and work for the Federal givernment and no lawyer would take my case.
