I hired Peter Casciano to appeal the denial of my Maryland state disability retirement application. I have been absolutely amazed by his knowledge, skill, professionalism, understanding of the law and compassion. Peter knows my case inside and out. Mr. Casciano called me in response to an email inquiry regarding difficulty in obtaining a decision regarding our adult daughter's disability determination after about 8 months. After listening to my story and asking follow up questions, he said that we were on the right road, and gave some specifics on my follow up with SS. Making the decision to file for disability benefits shouldn’t be made lightly.
