Billing and communication issues can be a problem for some clients
“I've been waiting for a year or so for my settlement. Signed the papers a few weeks ago for my check and still no response from this law firm. They get paid weekly so they can pay their bills but I'm homeless so I need my money immediately (now). Why do they keep people waiting for so long and don't return phone calls or emails. It's ridiculous!”
