I submitted the initial consultation fee, met with the lawyer, after which I received no communication at follow up as whether they intended to take my case or not. They told me they would respond withing 48 hours. I asked a number of times if they intended to take the case and got no response. It seems they may be overworked/unorganized; meeting would get rescheduled without informing me, I would have to send multiple follow-up emails to get any response. While the lawyer seemed knowledgeable, the lack of communication seems somewhat unprofessional.

From the beginning to the end Melehy and Associates were kind, knowledgeable, and executed with urgency. This is honestly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with an attorney. My case was a wages case against a Fortune 500 company that denied paying what I rightfully earned. Mr and Mrs. Melehy and their team specifically Andrew B….took my case with utmost seriousness and even though it went to arbitration we received a successful outcome and the company settled . I received my check in less time then we anticipated and I am very happy. Thanks again to Melehy and Associates for your representation…..should I ever need legal assistance in this kind of matter again I have no doubt in contacting your firm. God bless

I've been waiting for a year or so for my settlement. Signed the papers a few weeks ago for my check and still no response from this law firm. They get paid weekly so they can pay their bills but I'm homeless so I need my money immediately (now). Why do they keep people waiting for so long and don't return phone calls or emails. It's ridiculous! Will never use them again.
