Morgan is amazing!! When I got into my car accident, I was a complete mess and had no idea where to begin with filing a claim, dealing with the insurance companies and more. I would NOT reccomend. UNPROFESSIONAL! When calling to ask why myself and the driver of the vehicle had different fees I was told "I dont know I'm not the doctor and I dont do billing for the doctor office you need to call them" as soon as I call them they say I need to call the lawyer. Myself and the driver of the vehicle recieved the same number of visits as well as similar treatment and were charged VERY differently from the office. This lawyer does not go above and beyond. If you have a basic clear cut case that requires no real work on behalf of the lawyer I would suggest them. If you need a lawyer that's going to fight for you and your case DO NOT COME HERE. I have been to settlement with another lawyer before in a previous accident and in comparison this was a nightmare. They do not keep you in the loop, they are very inconsistent , unprofessional and do not work in a timely fashion. The driver of the vehicle and myself received the same treatment for the same amount of days with the same exact doctor and our settlement dates are over a month apart. The driver of the vehicle is still waiting on settlement. I only went here because I went to saiontz and Kirk and they contracted me out here. I will never use EITHER of these lawyers again. I suggest Rochlin, Settleman & Dobres, trust me when I say they are well worth the drive.
