When I first made the call Mary was encouraging providing us with steps to take Persuading to seek medical attention as she slipped up and said That's how you are able to get paid...Later she even provided names of the Dr to go visit....My son was hesitant to go but as the pain got worse he went on to the chiropractor that Mary the Assistant referred us to...As its said Morgan the Attorney is a Phone call away..I documented each time I called there asking for her and was always told that she was on the phone ...Moral.of the Story is This company do not fight for you if they think it wont bring them alot of money and they Dont answer your calls if they do you can never get straight answers Jist a bunch of run around ..All they had to do was say in the beginning it's not a case they handle instead of wasting my time which is something I cant get back.. I will never Ever reccomend this law firm to anyone Worse EXPERIENCE I have ever had.. Well there was an older nice lady who promised to get either Mary or Morgan to call me back and it never happened ,then there was a Guy they wanted to talk to me as I was a 5 year old asking me if I even understood how these things go when I only asked for an update.. If zero was a score that's exactly what I would give to this unprofessional Law firm.
