I decided to go through the green card application process with Sanabria and Associates after a conversation with Karla Weber, her knoweldge, communication, and customer service made the decision easier. The process was extremely smooth since they provided all the needed information for the submission. With the help of the best paralegal Johanna Garcia, everything went smoothly and we couldn't be happier with Sanabria & Associates.

I have been trying to reach this office for TWO months now and have not been successful(If you look at other reviews you will see that I am not the only one with this issue) I call morning, afternoon, and no response. I went to the office because I was finally told the letter I am requesting would be at the front desk ready for pick up and waited 30 minutes to be told it was not ready and they needed approval to release the original to me. Front desk staff was rude, on their phones and dont have good customer service at all. Last Thursday, I finally called and selected the option to pay, and of course someone answered there. I asked to transfer me to the person dealing with my case and I still have not heard back. I have had issues coming back in the states 3 times in the last 9 months and I have left this message numerous times but I guess is not important enough to them! I paid my fees to them moment the forms were submitted you would think they would care more about their clients specially if they don't have a balance due with them. Horrible service!

I am beyond grateful to Sanabria & Associates for the outstanding work they’ve put into my case. I want to give a hugeee thank you to my paralegal Celena for keeping me updated on anything new from my case and as always communicating with me and as well to my lawyers Michelle and Anshara, they all made sure I felt okay and safe with my case and kept reassuring me that everything was going to turn out okay and it absolutely did!
