After the first meeting with Gary, I knew I came to the right place. I was confident that he had my best interest at heart and would work hard to get me best possible results (and he did). Society needs more lawyers like him.

Gary saved my college career! I was facing a paraphernalia charge along with my boyfriend, which could hurt any chances of obtaining a scholarship or grant. I decided to hire a lawyer, while my boyfriend didn't. This was my first charge and I didn't know of any good lawyers in the Rockville, MD area so i asked a friend. I contacted Gary Gernstenfield after a friend referred me to him. I was charged with a DUI and DWI after a night with friends in which I had made a bad judgement to get behind the wheel. Gary is a compassionate humanitarian, who guided my family through our troubled time. I was caught growing Marijuana in my home. The police threw the book at me 4 felonies 2 misdemeanors.
