There are thousands of Attorneys in this world. I switched to Gary Gerstenfield after loosing confidence in my first Attorney. That choice was and is the reason that I am not in jail, or on PBJ. Gary is the first person to call if anyone has legal problems in criminal law or any legal matter at all. I was falsely accused of a felony. Had it been handled by any other Attorney I would be in jail or on PBJ for a crime that I did not commit. My life would have been damaged for many years. Gary helped me through a situation that I never would have thought I would be in. Slightly abstract and unconventional his style or methodology is solely his own and it works. He is a man of his word, straight forward and truthful. To say he is good at his job is an under statement!!!!!!! He cares about his clients, and can be reached most any time if there are questions or worries. He is straight forward and really cares about his clients. Gary takes great strides to help not only legally but takes interest in clients to progress positively in life. Bottom line, Gary is the best Criminal Attorney. I have Gary to thank for the new outlook on my life and the ability to freely walk down the street knowing there are people like Gary in this world that have the integrity, devotion, and ability to positively influence lives. I hope to never again have the need to employ Garys services but I would not hesitate to have Gary on my side. He is the BEST!!!!

Unfortunately I have needed Gary's services on a few occasions over the last some odd 15 years but each time my level of satisfaction has gone up as I have a conviction rate of 0% and a clean record thanks to Dr. Gerstenfield because as a doctor and a pharmacist myself anything more than a 0% conviction rate would mean bye bye livelihood. Recently Gary had me worried because he showed up to court later than I expected but it was just apart of his strategy. There is a method to Gary's madness and his personality and demeanor befit that of a top notch Defense Attorney. Very cool and also calm Gary had my charges dropped and I never even had to state my name for the record. I found Mr. Gerstenfield as a Criminal attorney via the Montgomery County Attorney referral website. My neighbor actually choose his name from a list of attorneys with contact potential. Little did I know he would the correct choice for an attorney? I am not vary familiar with court cases much less a criminal trial case. I now had the choice of choosing between of 2 criminal attorneys, due to family recommendations. I made my choice of Mr. Gerstenfield and he told me we would be ready for court. My chief witness was not available for our original court appointed trail date. Mr. Gerstenfield got a continuance of the trial to a new date. A week before the new trial date my chief witness was not returning my phone calls. I became concerned and contacted of Mr. Gerstenfield. He assured me my witness had informed him they would appear in court. 2 days before my trail I spoke with my witness and they informed me they could not attend my hearing without a summons. I provided Mr. Gerstenfield my witness’s new address and statement. Little did I know the night before the trail while, I was out gathering my family members to attend my trial? Mr. Gerstenfield had literally overnight-ed my witness from Richmond Virginia to Montgomery County Maryland. That night Mr. Gerstenfield informed he does not take cases unless he plans to win! The day of trail my family was with me but not my witness? I called Mr. Gerstenfield with the news that my witness was on a bus traveling up Georgia Avenue. He replied GREAT! Court will not start on time, so not to worry until my witness arrives. Long story short version: Mr. Gerstenfield performed admirably during the trail he came well prepared. His knowledge of the law stunted the judge more than once. He cross examined the prosecutors witnesses causing them to conflict themselves. Finally, he allowed my witness to take the stand. My witness made clear and concise statements that reinforced my innocence. VERDICT : Not Guilty, Not Guilty, and Not Guilty. On all counts! I was now free to live my life in peace. Thank you Mr. Gerstenfield for a job well done!

I went to two lawyers in the same building. The first was alful. The second was Mr. Bennett. He is amazing. First of all he listened to what I had to say. He took notes but mostly listened. He asked really good questions and then he told me how the case looked from his perspective. The Internet is a funny thing; you have to look at a number of sources to determine what is real and what is not. Mr. Bennett has had lots of cases in the newspapers and yet he is very down to earth. I feel very good about choosing Mr. Bennett. I went to other lawyers and made my own deciison. I choose Mr. Bennett!

He is really genius lawyer, My Ex. wife she put second degree assault charges on me, That was really serious charges, I was really depressed for that, I talked with so many lawyers, all were making me scared, and telling me i can be deported to my country, or can be in jail for 10 years, all were talking about money, but one of my friend he suggested me to Gary, When i talked with gary, He was very confident about my case, I hired him and his fee is very reasonable, he is really smart lawyer, he always replied of my phone call, even he calls on weekend or holidays, I am from OH, I turned my self, he helped me to get bail in Maryland, He personally talked with police commissioner about my case, I had really serious charges on me, To see that everybody was telling me my bail bond will be from 35,000 to 50,000, But it was really amazing, Police commissioner she set my 5,000 bail bond, Gary answered of my family's phone call at 11:00 of night and arranged bail bond person to get me out, I was really impressed for that, on my very first hearing day I found not guilty, He was really cool at that time, It was really amazing, I never thought my case will be dismiss on very first day, I personally give him 10 out of 10 score, He knows how to take you out of problem, I personally recommend him, Rana
