I can't express my gratitude for the services I received over this last year. I worked with Robert facing a 2nd DUI. Court dates took a year to be confirmed so this case was hanging over my head for a year. After calling numerous attorneys in MoCo and getting varying degrees of attention, quotes and responses. It only took the 1st 2 minutes speaking with Robert and I knew in my soul he was the one to go with. Robert is compassionate in his delivery. Speaks to you like a friend and even when he had not so positive news he always delivered the information with compassion and care that somehow calmed my nerves. Robert told me from the first time we met that his goal was to beat the case. Nothing less. I didn't understand or really believe how he would do that. But he believed that. From the start he gave me instructions of what I needed to do. His office associate Yris was beyond personable and patient as I was very anxious about this whole case. Whenever I'd call with follow up questions she made sure she was responsive or better still ensured I'd speak with Robert. There was never "we'll call you back" or the the "send an email" type pf nonsense I encountered with other offices when I was researching representation. What impressed me was the availability this guy and the pffice staff is to his clients and his effectiveness. We had Court today and the whole case was dismissed! Robert had a strategy that discouraged the officer from proceeding with the trial and he left. All I know is this attorney saved my sanity. The pricing is extremely fair and affordable especially for me given I was dealing with a second. You can tell he loves what he does and he cares about his clients and just isn't in it for a payday. I watched many attorneys this morning in court who either looked unprepared or just weren't effective with their approach. I know I chose the right person. Highly recommend this law office. While I hope never to ever have this charge again I'd say if you have an issue with a traffic offense this would be great choice. **side note- don't drink and drive folks. I highly recommend Robert Demirji as a defense lawyer. He represented me for a DUI case and also a shoplifting case. Both times the charges were dropped. Although I was facing possible jail time for violating my probation, Robert eased my fears and made me feel confident with his plan. Mr. Demirji has good relationships with every prosecutor in Montgomery County and was able to get all my charges dismissed.
